How to apply
Documents you need
Please upload your documents as PDF or Word files. Your normal documents are enough to start.
- CV in table form (tabellarischer Lebenslauf) — please explain longer gaps
- Your nursing diploma and, if you have it, the list of subjects and hours (transcript)
- Proof of your work experience as a nurse, if available
- German language certificate, if you have one (B2 is needed for the recognition)
- A short motivation letter: why nursing, why us — optional, a few sentences are enough
How the recognition works
To work as a registered nurse (Pflegefachkraft) in Germany, your foreign qualification must be officially recognised (Anerkennung). The authority compares your training with the German training. Sometimes an adaptation period or a knowledge test is needed first. We explain the steps, help you with the documents and support you during the whole process.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a driving licence?
Yes, a driving licence (class B) is important in home care, because you drive to our clients by car. Do you not have one yet? Tell us whether you are willing to get one — then we talk about it.
What German level do I need?
For the recognition as a nurse in Germany you need German at level B2. If you are still learning, apply anyway and tell us your current level — we support you on the way.
Can you help me with the visa and the recognition?
Yes, we support you with these steps — for example which documents you need, the recognition procedure and the visa application. The German authorities make the decisions, so nobody can guarantee the result or the time it takes. But we stay at your side during the process.
Can I work before my recognition is complete?
This is often possible — for example as a care assistant while your recognition is in progress. It depends on your residence permit and your personal case. We check this together with you.
What happens after I apply?
We look at your documents and contact you by email or phone. Then we get to know each other — in person at our office in Weingarten, or, if you live abroad, we agree the next step with you. If it fits for both sides, we plan your start together.
